Temecula Wellness Studio offers wellness services intended to support relaxation, recovery, and nervous system regulation. Our services, including manual lymphatic work, PEMF, red light, sound and vibroacoustic sessions, and similar offerings, are intended to support your general wellbeing.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and they are not a substitute for the advice, diagnosis, or treatment of a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare provider. Nothing we offer, and nothing on our website, is medical advice.

Some services are not appropriate for certain conditions. In an emergency
Our services are not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not use our website or wait for an appointment to address an urgent medical concern.
Independent practitioners and medical or nursing services
The Studio provides space to independent practitioners who run their own practices, currently including Amber Young (breathwork and meditation) and Kate Famularo, RN (IV hydration and nutrient therapy), with additional practitioners joining from time to time.
Some independent practitioners offer medical or nursing services that go beyond general wellness. These services are provided solely by the licensed practitioner, under their own professional responsibility, licensing, and clinical judgment, and not by the Studio. Any evaluation, consent, treatment decision, and record for those services is between you and that practitioner. Before receiving a medical or nursing service, you will complete that practitioner's own screening and informed consent, which will explain what the service involves and its risks and benefits. This disclaimer does not describe, authorize, or consent you to any medical or nursing service, and the Studio makes no representation about those services. Direct any medical questions about them to the practitioner providing your care.
