Independent practitioners at the Studio
Temecula Wellness Studio is owned and operated by Sara Hartman Temecula Wellness LLC. Alongside the Studio's own services, the Studio provides space to independent practitioners who run their own practices. Our current practitioners include Amber Young (breathwork and meditation) and Kate Famularo, RN (IV hydration and nutrient therapy), and additional practitioners may join from time to time.
These practitioners are independent. They are responsible for their own services, their own professional and clinical decisions, and, where they collect information from you directly, their own handling of that information. When you receive services from an independent practitioner, any care, advice, consent, and clinical records tied to those services are between you and that practitioner. This policy covers the Studio's own website and services. It does not replace any separate notice or consent an independent practitioner gives you.

Information we collect
Information you give us directly. When you use the contact form on our website, we collect what you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number if you include it, and the content of your message.
Booking and appointment information. We use Jane App, a HIPAA-compliant booking and practice-management platform, to schedule and manage appointments. When you book, the information you provide goes into Jane App. Appointment confirmations and reminders by text or email are handled through Jane App, and you consent to those communications within Jane at the time you book.
Health information. Some services involve health-related information you choose to share so we can provide care safely. To the extent this is protected health information, it is handled under applicable law and stored within Jane App's secure, HIPAA-compliant system. Independent practitioners remain responsible for the clinical records and any information they collect directly for their own services.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site (hosted on Showit) may automatically collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, through cookies and similar technologies. We do not currently use advertising trackers or run ad campaigns that share this information with advertisers.

How we use your information
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, schedule and manage your appointments, provide and improve our services, send appointment confirmations and reminders, and meet our legal and operational obligations.

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We share information only as needed to run the Studio, including with:

• Service providers who help us operate, such as Jane App (booking and records) and Showit (website hosting), under agreements that require them to protect your information.
• The specific practitioner you book with, so they can provide your service.
• Others when required by law, such as to comply with a legal request, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of the Studio, our clients, or others.

Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, the right to request deletion or correction of your information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information. As noted above, we do not sell or share your personal information. You also have the right not to be treated differently for exercising these rights.
Medical information covered by HIPAA and California's Confidentiality of Medical Information Act is handled under those laws and may be exempt from certain CCPA requirements.
