By using our website, booking an appointment, or receiving services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or book with us.
In these Terms, "the Studio," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Temecula Wellness Studio, owned and operated by [Sara's full legal name or business entity]. "You" refers to you, the client or website visitor.

Independent practitioners
The Studio provides its own wellness services and also provides space to independent practitioners who run their own practices. Our current practitioners include Amber Young (breathwork and meditation) and Kate Famularo, RN (IV hydration and nutrient therapy), and additional practitioners may join from time to time.
These practitioners are independent. They are solely responsible for their own services, their own professional and clinical decisions, their own credentials and licensing, and their own client relationships. When you book or receive a service from an independent practitioner, that service is provided by the practitioner, not by the Studio, and any consent, care, advice, and records related to it are between you and that practitioner. These Terms govern your use of our website and the Studio's own services. They do not replace any separate agreement, consent, or policy an independent practitioner provides to you.

Our services and the nature of what we offer
The Studio offers wellness services focused on relaxation, recovery, and nervous system support. These services are intended to support general wellbeing. They are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing we offer should be taken as medical advice. Please review our Medical Disclaimer, which is part of these Terms by reference.

Your responsibilities
By booking and receiving services, you agree that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or you have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• You will provide accurate and complete health information when asked, and you will let us or the relevant practitioner know about any condition, injury, pregnancy, medication, or circumstance that could affect your care.
• You understand that certain services may not be appropriate for everyone, and you will follow any guidance given about whether a service is suitable for you.
• You will treat our space, staff, and practitioners with respect.

Withholding relevant health information can make a service unsafe. You are responsible for the information you choose to share.

Booking, payment, and communications
We use Jane App to schedule appointments and manage bookings across the Studio and its practitioners. When you book, you provide information through Jane App and agree to receive appointment confirmations and reminders by text or email, which you consent to within Jane at the time of booking. Payment terms, accepted methods, and any deposits will be as shown at the time of booking.

Cancellations and no-shows
We ask that you give us notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer your time to someone else.

• Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice.
• Cancellations with less than 24 notice may be charged 50% of service price.
• Missed appointments without notice ("no-shows") may be charged full service price.

Independent practitioners may set their own cancellation policies for their services, which will be shared with you at booking.

Memberships and recurring billing
If you enroll in a membership, the following applies:

• Your membership renews automatically on a monthly basis and you will be charged $125 on each billing date until you cancel.
• To cancel, you must give notice by email at least 3 days before your next billing date.
• Unused monthly benefits do not roll over.
• Membership rates and benefits may change with advance notice.

Packages and gift cards
Prepaid packages and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable unless required by law, and any expiration terms will be stated at purchase.

No guarantee of results
Wellness responses vary from person to person. We care deeply about your experience, but we cannot and do not guarantee any specific result, outcome, or health benefit from any service. Your results depend on many factors outside our control.
Assumption of risk and limitation of liability
You understand that wellness services carry inherent risks, and you choose to receive them of your own free will. To the fullest extent permitted by California law, the Studio and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or the Studio's own services, and the Studio's total liability for any claim relating to the Studio's own services will not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law.
The Studio is not responsible for the services, acts, or omissions of independent practitioners. Any claim relating to an independent practitioner's services is between you and that practitioner.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Studio and its owner from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our website or services, to the extent permitted by law.

Intellectual property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to the Studio and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without our written permission.
Third-party platforms and links
Our website and booking rely on third-party platforms such as Jane App and Showit, and may link to other sites. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of third parties. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.

Changes to services, pricing, and these Terms
We may update our services, pricing, and these Terms from time to time. When we change these Terms, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of our website or services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Studio's services will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California.
